Exploring the Black Forest, close to nature and active, is pure joy with over 100 tours for leisure and long-distance hikers around the Kinzig valley.

Climb peaks, roam through green valleys, experience vineyards and orchards and discover forests: The Kinzigtal offers hikers and cyclists alike plenty of space to enjoy, relax and experience. Thanks to the flat cycle paths along the Kinzig river in the longest valley in the Black Forest, the region is easy to discover on your own by bike. This makes cycling in the Black Forest fun!

Numerous viewpoints and traditional and modern refreshment stops along the cycle and hiking trails invite you to take a break and enjoy good food and drink.

The freely accessible bike park in Wolfach was created in 2002 and has been extended several times to date and even made suitable for competitions. But don't worry: great importance has been attached to ensuring that the course remains feasible for everyday riders and interesting for licensed riders at the same time.

A total of 10 m difference in altitude is covered on a varied 150 m long 4x course. For those who want to take on the course, challenges such as jumps, bridges, bends, a washboard and much more await on the four-cross course - the longest jump alone measures 8 meters.

The bike park is also the annual venue for the final of the South German 4x Cup race series. High excitement and a competitive atmosphere can be experienced live in the bike park in Wolfach!

The Kinzigtalbad Ortenau is a year-round swimming pool with outdoor pool, indoor pool and sauna. You can cycle there directly from our campsite or simply take the train, which runs every hour.
